For example, swimming, cycling, jogging and going to gym are good to keep your body organs and system in good condition. Exercising regularly can boost your body immune system and make them strong to defend against diseases. You will feel mentally sharper and more energetic after the exercising routines.
3. Healthy Foods
Foods can be segregated into healthy and unhealthy foods. Unhealthy foods are those that create bad cholesterol in your body system. Bad cholesterol are responsible for many medical and health problems such as heart disease and hypertension. Some examples of unhealthy foods are deep fried foods and high fat or sugar content foods.

4. Take Nutrients
Nutrients are great foods to keep your health in tip top condition. When you are young, your body produces enough nutrients automatically to keep it healthy. As you aged 30 and above, the production of nutrients begins to diminish gradually. Therefore, you replace the deficiency with foods that are rich in nutrients. Some of the common nutrients that you can find in health stores are Vitamin, A, B, C, D and E. Different nutrient has different role to play in your body. You may be overload with certain nutrients and lack of some. You can find this out easily by visiting a nutritionist or your family doctor.
Consume foods that are rich in the nutrients that you are lacking and you will look forward to better health.
5. Regulate Your Weight
