According to statistics, there is an increase of people die from sudden cardiac arrest which simply known as heart attack. If more people how to do continuous chest compression or CPR, the is good chance of reducing this statistics.

Doctors believed that a hands only CPR method can doubles a person’s chance of surviving cardiac arrest. You can see from the video that CPR is not that difficult to do after all. It does not require you to performing a mouth to mouth contact. This method was developed by University of Arizona College of Medicine.
