Google Adsense is one of the most profitable channels of online incomes. A lot of people know this but never bother to find out how to optimized Adsense Ads for their benefits. In case you are one of them, not to worry. I have researched the net and managed to retrieve the below tips for sharing. Here are they :

Setting up Adsense Ads
1. Putting ad unit size 336×280 seems to work best. I don’t know the exact reason but maybe visitors like that.
2. Google seems to favour blue links. Selecting Blue color Links can give you an edge over others.
3. One ad unit seems to get higher paying clicks. That is what research say so. I think I challenge it?4. Study found that Adsense Ads without background color and borders seem to perform better. If your site/blog has a background colour, try to match ads to it. Again I dont know why. But nothing to lose in trying it out.
5. Avoid leaderboard image ads and horizontal banners. Some any disagree but that is what study says.
6. Select text only for ads seems better. Study found that Visitors will get more options to click this way.

Positioning Your Ads
1. Blend ads with the main content of page.
2. Place ads middle of a long content.
3. Keep ads above the fold, they should be visible at first sight.
4. Smart pricing is a reality. Don’t place ads on every site your own. Not sure whether I will believe this point.

1. Make sure all ads on your website show targeted ads which fit to your web site’s content..
2. Write contents related to your keywords.
3. Adlinks work. Blend them with navigation content. Use up to three AdSense units on a page.
4. Place Google Search box on the top centre of your page. Customize the search keywords to your site theme.
