Swine Flu has caused the world to be alert. However Stomach Flue has been around for a long time, but few people really knows a lot of information about it. When you are infected with Stomach Flu, you will experience dehydration. You got to maintain the fluid balance in your body in order to avoid that. Remember to drink sufficient water, juices or electrolyte drinks. Avoid consuming dairy products, deep fry snacks, alcohol and caffeine temporary especially when you are not fully recovered. Remember to wash your hands thoroughly before meals, after visiting the toilet or changing diapers for kids at home. Vegetables and fruits growing in infected areas and contaminated water also spread the disease to the users. Good drainage system and proper sanitary methods can eliminate the arrival of this virus.
Stomach flu usually takes 2 to 7 days to recover. If the symptoms persist after 7 days, visit your family doctor again.
